Disposable ultra-fine filters are recommended for individuals sensitive to tobacco smoke or other small particulates. A gray washable pollen filter is supplied with the device. Disposable ultra-fine filters are sold separately. If your device is received without a filter installed, you must install at least the reusable filter before using the device.

    1. Customer selects products online and adds them to the shopping cart.

    5. After successful payment, customers will receive an immediate email notification.
    6. Products will be delivered to the customer's designated urban address in Hong Kong within 3 working days.

    4. After payment or transfer, customers must email a screenshot of the successful payment, along with the order number, to the following email address for payment confirmation:

    6. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, we will arrange the order as soon as possible.
