Treating sleep apnea is not as simple as just buying a CPAP device because it is a medical device, which requires relevant guidance and follow-up during use; consequently after-sales service is crucial. Therefore, CPAP.HK provides the following after-sales services to help our customers receive good treatment:

 After-sales Warranty Period:

  • CPAP device (main unit): 24 months free warranty (labor and parts). *Warranty period may vary for individual CPAP machines.
  • Heated Humidifier: 1 year free warranty* (labor and parts)
  • CPAP Cleaner and Sanitizer: 1 year free warranty (labor and parts)

 

Free After-sales Service

  • Permanent free labor warranty - saves renewal fees (free machine inspection provided)
  • We encourage customers to understand their treatment progress, so we provide unlimited free data download reports, explain report content, offer blood oxygen tests, and CPAP machine disinfection and maintenance services.

 

Within Warranty Period

1) Our company provides in-store inspection services for customers or free shipping of the CPAP machine back to the original supplier for inspection and repair (excluding damage caused by human error*).

2) Repair fees are waived (excluding damage caused by human error).

3) During the repair period, we will provide a free CPAP device of the same or similar model (excluding accessories) for temporary use until the repair is completed.

4) Guidance for new users, and ongoing support such as daily care of equipment, changing machine settings, software updates, troubleshooting, etc.

 

Outside Warranty Period

1) If repair is needed, a quote will be provided to the customer first. Relevant fees will only be charged after the customer's approval.

2) Our company will arrange for the CPAP machine to be shipped back to its origin for inspection and repair (round-trip shipping fees will be charged).

 

*Note:

(1) Please call to make an appointment for repair with the product and receipt within the warranty period.

(2) This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by human abuse, misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized assembly, repair, or alteration.

(3) The warranty period does not cover repair and shipping costs for any human-caused damage. The customer shall bear the full amount.

(4) Consumables such as nasal masks, tubing, filters, humidifiers, power adapters, and free gifts are not covered by this warranty.

(5) CPAP machines are non-transferable. The warranty service is only for the person named on the invoice.

(6) The use of CPAP machines requires a doctor's prescription. Our company will not be responsible for any health effects.

(7) This warranty is void if the product is sold or resold outside the original purchase region.

(8) This limited warranty does not cover any repair not performed by CPAP.HK.

Daily Cleaning of Accessories After Purchase

(1) Clean the nasal mask daily with soap and warm water.

(2) Change the water in the humidifier daily (if used).

(3) Clean the tubing weekly.

(4) Regularly replace the antibacterial filter cotton.

 

Cleaning Precautions

(1) Do not use bleach or laundry detergent for cleaning.

(2) Avoid direct sunlight. After rinsing, air dry in a shady place.

(3) Do not machine wash.

Tip: It is recommended to use a cleaning and sanitizing device daily to thoroughly eliminate bacteria.

 

Suggested Product Replacement Schedule

  • Every four to six years: Replace CPAP machine
  • Annually: Replace tubing
  • Annually: Replace nasal mask
  • Annually: Replace humidifier

CPAP.HK has become an authorized service center for Spectra Hong Kong, providing warranty and repair services for customers' Spectra breast milk infant products, RayQueen sterilizers, and Microlifeblood pressure monitors original licensed products.

You are welcome to visit our Authorized Service Centre where provides you our Spectra, RayQueen and Microlife product maintenance service .

* Please be noted that we would only provide warranty service and support to the official Hong Kong and Macau products of Spectra, RayQueen and Microlife. Official invoice is required on maintenance service.
