Nutritionist Cheng Han-yu pointed out on Facebook that poor sleep can affect metabolism and even lead to weight gain; however, some foods rich in serotonin and folate can help induce sleep and improve quality of life.

【Foods for Easy Sleep】

1. Milk

Has a sleep-inducing effect. Milk, rich in melatonin, improves sleep efficiency and reduces nocturnal awakenings.

2. Almonds

Rich in melatonin to improve sleep quality, and rich in magnesium to reduce stress hormones and combat insomnia.

3. Fatty Fish

Contains abundant vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, regulating serotonin and sleep.

4. Oysters
